FOUNDER, PROJECT:HIGH PERFORMANCE
I am a Physical Performance coach based in Asheville N.C, originally from Scotland but have worked with elite level athletes all around the world including the UK, USA, China, and Georgia within wide varieties of Multi-cultural environments.
For those who are goal oriented, focused and driven to achieve High Performance regardless of location, background, sport or lifestyle, our aim is to give you the physical skills, mindset and outcomes you need to succeed.

A little bit about my experience to date…
I’m a Physical Performance professional with over 15 years of coaching, through a wide variety of sports including Team, Individual, Olympic and International Sport from the developmental level to the elite levels of performance. Some of which include;
Old Glory DC Rugby (MLR) - Head of Strength and Conditioning (Physical Performance)
Pittsburgh Pirates (MLB) - Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach
Chinese Olympic Committee - Performance Coach (Track Sprint Cycling, Womens Judo and Wrestling)
Scottish Women’s National Soccer Team - Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach
SportScotland Institute of Sport - Strength and Conditioning Coach
US Ski and Snowboard Association - Mens Technical World Cup Conditioning Coach
Georgian Rugby Union - Strength and Conditioning Manager, National Team, Under 20s
Scottish Rugby - Strength and Conditioning Coach National Age Grade Programme
In addition to my experiences…
I am certified in the UK and the USA through being an Accredited and Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach through the UKSCA and NSCA respectively with a MSc in Strength and Conditioning and a BSc in Exercise Science.
Further I am qualified in body composition assessment through ISAK and a Functional Range Specialist with experience in Physiological Testing with Elite and Developmental athletes
What do I do when I’m not coaching?
I am actively training towards my own performance goals. I can be found out on my road bike as part of my aspirations to complete a half ironman, lifting in the gym, playing golf or out in the hills hiking in the National Parks around the Eastern United States. Outwith of sports, I am also pursuing my Pilot ratings. It is safe to say, I am a better coach nowadays than when I was competing.
